Make good arrangement for monitoring of ‘Home Isolation’ patients
Crisis Management Groups should be constituted at Sub-Division level too

The Chief Minister Shri Shivraj Singh Chouhan has said that good arrangement of treatment and monitoring should be made for patients without symptoms, who have their own arrangement and wish to stay at home during the ‘Home Isolation’. The Health department is required to prepare a guideline in this context and send it to every district, he added.
The Chief Minister Shri Chouhan said that as corona infection is also spreading in towns and villages. Hence, Crisis Management Groups on the lines of districts should also be formed at sub-divisional level, which will act to control corona as per the local situation. The Chief Secretary Shri Iqbal Singh Bains has informed that detailed directives have been issued to the districts in this context.
The Chief Minister Shri Chouhan was reviewing the situation of Covid-19 and arrangements in the state through video conference. The Minister for Medical Education Shri Vishwas Sarang, Minister for Urban Development and Housing Shri Bhupendra Singh, Chief Secretary Shri Iqbal Singh Bains, Additional Chief Secretary Health Shri Mohammad Suleman, DGP Shri Vivek Johri and other officers participated in the video conference.
Tests must be increased
During the review of Katni district, it was found that the positivity rate for the last 7 days is 7.36 percent. At present, district has 221 positive and 77 active patients, 139 patients went back home after the recovery and five have succumbed to corona. Testing is low in the district. The Chief Minister Shri Chouhan directed that testing must be increased and work should be carried out with full alertness in the district.
Screening of people coming from other states is mandatory
In the review of Singruali district, it was found that new 91 cases have come to the fore in the last 7 days. Twenty seven cases have been found in district jail. The Chief Minister Shri Chouhan instructed that it should be ensured that no people without screening should come to the district. Proper arrangement for quarantine, health screening should be made in jail too, he added.
Issue quarantine guideline again
The Chief Minister Shri Chouhan directed to issue guidelines pertaining to ‘Quarantine’ and ‘Home Isolation’ again. The ACS Health informed that Covid positive patients could be placed under ‘Home Isolation’ as per the circumstances and the suspected patients could be kept under ‘Home Isolation or ‘Institutional Quarantine’.
Maximum new patients in 5 districts
During the district wise review, it was found that highest corona cases i.e. 184, 138, 61, 35 have been found in Indore, Bhopal, Jabalpur, Gwalior and Morena respectively. The Chief Minister Shri Chouhan instructed to pay special attention to all these districts.
1185 patients under ‘Home Isolation’ in state
The Additional Chief Secretary Health informed that 1185 corona patients without symptoms have been placed under ‘Home Isolation’ in the state that include 492 in Indore, 326 in Jabalpur, 113 in Gwalior, 47 in Bhopal and 42 in Shivpuri.
Pay special attention to Satna and Jhabua
On being found more positivity rate during the review of Satna and Jhabua districts, the Chief Minister Shri Chouhan instructed to pay special attention to these districts. Jhabua district was instructed to increase the testing. Testing in Jhabua district is very low i.e. 10 to 20 thousand per 10 lakh population.
